The Guardian of
EcleWood
Deep, deep in the forest of EcleWood,
Where young fox play and bees return to their hives,
Deep, deep in this great forest,
Lies a tree, greater than all others that lie,
Deep, deep under this tree, amongst its ancient wood,
An ancient dragon slumbers in the form of an egg,
The Guardian of EcleWood.
Deep, deep in its slumber,
The dragon goes over its memories,
Deep, deep in thought,
The dragon remembers its enemies,
Deep, deep in its past,
The dragon was in enmity,
The Battle of EcleWood.
Deep, deep in its imprisonment,
Lies an ancient evil, The Shadow,
Deep, deep in its heart,
It hated the wood, and was nearly unstoppable.
Deep, deep in its mind,
It knew it would be free soon,
It would return to destroy EcleWood.
Deep, deep in its slumber,
The dragon knew this too,
But beep, deep in thought,
The dragon remembered what to do,
Deep, deep in its heart,
The shadow couldn’t bear the love of the dragon,
The Guardian of EcleWood.
Soon, soon the egg will hatch,
Bringing The Guardian of EcleWood.
Soon, soon the chains will break,
Releasing the Enemy of EcleWood.
Soon, soon the battle will be back,
The Second Battle of EcleWood.
Soon, soon blood would be shed,
Some animals of EcleWood.
But only a few, the Guardian says,
For he would win, the Battle of EcleWood.
