Two Owl Poems

Two Owl Poems

By Simon G. Slider
Age 12

In the darkest depths of night
Where only the moon sheds light,
Out come the owls, night stalkers,
Strange to us two-leg walkers.

___

Looking for some prey to eat
An owl thinks mice is a treat
And when he spots a skitter
He swoops; and hoots no twitter.
